We quality-check every outfit before packaging, and customisations are double-checked by a dedicated team to ensure everything is perfect.

Received a Defective or Incorrect Product?

  • Your order number
  • Unboxing video — a complete video of opening the package (mandatory)
  • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect/missing item
