Cancellation & Refund Policy
Since all Sweet Pockets outfits are handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order is placed.
Why Can’t I Cancel?
Your outfit goes into production shortly after your order is confirmed. Our artisans begin sourcing fabric and crafting the piece exclusively for you.
When Is a Refund Possible?
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged product
- You received an incorrect item
- An item is missing from your shipment
How to Request a Refund
- Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Send to: Info.sweetpocketsofficial@gmail.com
- Include:
- Your order number
- Unboxing video — a complete video of opening the package (mandatory)
- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect/missing item
Important: Refund claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed. Please record the video from the moment you start opening the package — this helps us investigate and resolve your issue quickly.
Refund Timeline
- We review all claims within 2–3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount is credited back to your original payment method
Please Note
- Slight colour variations due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of the product are not considered defects.
- Custom-sized or personalised orders are non-refundable.
